About the product
Most of the items in our shop have been used in ordinary households. We believe that small scratches, slight crazing in the glaze, and individual differences in color are not defects, but rather traces of the time the item has spent.
We carefully inspect each item for any chips, cracks, repair marks, or other conditions you should be aware of before using it, and we list any found on each product page. Please note that the actual color may appear slightly different depending on your monitor.
About shipping costs
Shipping fees are a flat rate nationwide and vary depending on the size of the product.
• Letter/envelope size (postcard, etc.): ¥360
• Small items (cups, small plates, etc.): ¥610
• Small size: ¥990
Medium size: ¥1,280
• Large size (lamps, pots, etc.): ¥1,680
Even when purchasing multiple items, you will only be charged shipping for the largest item. Fragile and large items will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

About product delivery
We will ship your order within 3-7 business days. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you by email. If you need your order urgently, please let us know.
Regarding packaging
Fragile items will be carefully wrapped with ample cushioning material to prevent movement during transport. In consideration of the environment, we may use recycled materials for cushioning and outer cardboard packaging.
Payment methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, Merpay, convenience store payments, bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices shown include tax.
For credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, Merpay, and PayPal, payment is finalized at the time of order. For convenience store payments and bank transfers, we will ship the product after confirming your payment.
*If you choose bank transfer, a processing fee of 1.4% (excluding tax) will be charged.
About lighting (lamps)
Our lighting fixtures (table lamps, pendant lamps, etc.) have been fitted with Japanese-standard plugs. They can be used directly in your home outlets. Please note that bulb socket sizes (E26, E14, etc.) vary by product; please check each product page for details. Bulbs and shades may not be included.
Returns and Exchanges
As this is a vintage item, we do not accept returns due to customer preference. If there is damage not mentioned in the product description, or if the item is significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will cover the shipping costs and provide a refund or exchange.
