Gmunden Keramik, founded in 1492 in Gmunden, Austria, is Austria's largest porcelain manufacturer with a history spanning over 500 years. While the Green Flame series is still produced today, the design is slightly different and more simplified than before. Pieces made between 1950 and 1980 have a more handcrafted feel and a more endearing character. Each piece is entirely handmade and hand-painted. This piece could be used as a small vase, a toothpick holder, or even for holding small spoons.
