Søholm Table Lamp, Denmark 1960s

Description

Author: SVEND AAGE JENSEN
Era: 1960s
Country of manufacture: Denmark
Size: 34cm (height), 16cm (width)

This particular specimen has an egg-shaped, bulging body.
The lower half is densely covered with vertical comb-like grooves.
It has a rough texture when you pick it up.

The glaze is based on brown,
There are patches of greenish color flowing in places.
The part from the shoulders up is left unglazed.
It's left in its natural, sandy state.
In contrast to the sculpted lower half,
The rounded shape looks natural.

I think a 21-23cm shade would be suitable for this light fixture.
The lighting fixture is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or damage.

*Light bulbs and lampshades are not included.
We sell several of them separately.

■ About Vintage Items
Most of the items in our shop have been used in ordinary households. We believe that small scratches, slight crazing in the glaze, and individual differences in color are not defects, but rather traces of the time the item has spent.
We carefully inspect each item for any chips, cracks, repair marks, or other conditions you should be aware of before using it, and we list any found on each product page. Please note that the actual color may appear slightly different depending on your monitor.

■ Returns and Exchanges
As these are vintage items, we do not accept returns due to customer preference. If there is damage not mentioned in the product description, or if the item is significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will cover the shipping costs and provide a refund or exchange. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us through the "Inquiry" section.
