You can use E26 type light bulbs, compact fluorescent lamps, and LED lamps.
Up to 60W for incandescent light bulbs.
The design is by Noomi Backhausen.
This is a collaboration between two people, including Poul Brandborg.
Noomi was a writer who was affiliated with Søholm from 1966 to 1990.
Poul creates the shape, and Noomi paints on top of it.
With that division of labor, we created many series.
On top of the off-white glaze,
A swirling pattern drawn in dark brown,
It goes all the way around the torso.
The brushstrokes remain intact.
The thickness of each line is slightly different.
The glaze becomes thinner at the bottom edge.
The color of the soil is visible.
When you light the lamp,
The natural-colored base fabric develops a soft color,
Only the tea pattern remains, like a shadow.
The sockets and plugs have been replaced.
I installed an in-line switch.
Since it was used in a private home, there is some deterioration due to age,
That also adds to its charm.
There are no chips or damage, but please check the photos for the overall condition.
Shade and light bulb are not included.
The lampshade shown in the photo is 21cm in diameter.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing or anything else.
